💡 Ordering & Payment

How do I place an order?

Simply fill out the contact form on our Contact Us page or message us directly via WhatsApp at +86 189 5714 9128. Tell us which seed you want to press, your estimated daily output, and your shipping destination. We'll recommend the right model and send a detailed quotation within 24 hours.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Our MOQ is 1 unit. Whether you need a single small oil press for a startup operation or a complete production line with multiple machines, we're happy to serve you. Larger orders qualify for volume discounts.

What payment methods do you accept?

Please contact us by email at haoqudao@gmail.com for payment details and terms. We will provide a clear quotation with payment instructions tailored to your order and country. Payment terms are flexible and discussed individually based on order size.

Do prices include shipping to my country?

Quotations are typically FOB Qingdao (Free on Board at Qingdao port, China). This means the price covers the machine delivered to the port, but sea freight to your destination is extra. We can also provide CIF/CFR quotes including shipping upon request — just share your destination port.

Can I get a custom configuration or OEM/ODM?

Yes! We offer customization options including barrel diameter adjustments, voltage customization (220V/380V/415V, 50Hz/60Hz), special paint colors, and logo placement. Contact us with your specific requirements for a tailored solution.

🚴 Shipping & Delivery

What is the delivery time to my country?

Production lead time is typically 20–30 working days after payment. Sea freight transit times by region:

  • Southeast Asia (Philippines, Indonesia, Vietnam): 20–30 days
  • South Asia (India, Bangladesh): 25–35 days
  • East Africa (Tanzania, Ethiopia, Kenya): 30–45 days
  • West Africa (Nigeria, Ghana): 35–50 days
  • Middle East (Saudi Arabia, UAE): 25–40 days
  • South America: 40–55 days

We handle all export documentation, customs clearance preparation, crating, and loading at Qingdao port.

How is the machine packed for export?

All machines are packed in export-grade wooden crates with moisture-proof wrapping inside. Vulnerable parts (hydraulic station gauges, control panels) are individually bubble-wrapped and secured. Each crate is fumigated and stamped with the ISPM 15 mark for international shipping compliance.

Which ports do you ship from?

We primarily ship from Qingdao Port (Shandong Province), which is one of China's busiest international ports with direct sailings to most global destinations. For very large orders, we can also arrange shipment from Shanghai or Tianjin.

Can you help with customs clearance in my country?

We provide all required export documents: commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin (Form A/Form E where applicable), and insurance certificates. For import duties and local customs procedures, we recommend working with a local customs broker familiar with machinery imports.

⚙️ Installation & Operation

Is installation complicated? Do I need a technician?

Our machines are designed for relatively simple installation. The main frame arrives fully assembled; you'll need to connect the external hydraulic station (for hydraulic models), power supply, and position the machine on a level concrete floor. We provide:

  1. Detailed installation manual with step-by-step photos
  2. Video installation guide (sent via WhatsApp/Email)
  3. Remote video-call support during your installation
  4. Parts list and recommended tools

For orders of 3+ units, on-site technician service can be arranged at additional cost.

What are the electrical requirements?

Most of our standard models run on 380V/415V three-phase power. We can customize motors for 220V three-phase or single-phase power (with slight output reduction) upon request. Please confirm your local voltage and phase when ordering so we configure the correct motor.

What kind of foundation/floor does the machine need?

A level reinforced concrete floor with minimum thickness of 150mm (200mm recommended for HN500). The floor must be capable of supporting the machine's weight plus dynamic load during pressing. For smaller models (HN325/HN355), a solid existing industrial floor is usually sufficient. For HN426/HN500, we recommend a dedicated foundation.

Do you provide operation training?

Yes! Training includes: operation manual (in English or your preferred language), video tutorials covering every step from seed prep to oil collection, tips for maximizing oil yield and quality, and safety guidelines. We also offer live video training sessions with our technicians before and after delivery.

How many operators are needed per machine?

One well-trained operator can manage one hydraulic press independently. The workflow is: load seeds → close lid → start press cycle → monitor pressure → release oil → open cake → remove cake → repeat. For a full production line (crusher + roaster + press + filter), 2-3 operators are typical depending on automation level.

🔧 Products & Technical

Which oil press model is right for me?

Quick guide based on seed type and scale:

ModelBest ForDaily Capacity
Hydraulic Oil Press HN325 (325T)Sesame, tea seed, small-scale startups400–600 kg/day
Cold Press Oil Machine HN355 (360T)Mustard, groundnut, medium operations600–900 kg/day
Cold Press Machine HN426 (500T)Walnuts, almonds, hard-shell seeds800–1200 kg/day
Hydraulic Oil Press HN500 (620T)Industrial scale, large nuts1200–2000 kg/day

See our full Model Comparison page for detailed specs, or contact us for a personalized recommendation.

What oil yield can I expect?

Oil yield depends heavily on seed quality, roast level, and pressing technique. Typical ranges for properly prepared seeds:

  • Sesame: 45–50% (hot press), 38–42% (cold press)
  • Groundnut/Peanut: 42–48% (hot press), 35–40% (cold press)
  • Coconut (dried copra): 45–52%
  • Mustard seed: 35–40%
  • Tea seed: 28–34%
  • Sunflower kernel: 40–45%

What's the difference between hot pressing and cold pressing?

Hot pressing: Seeds are roasted before pressing. Higher oil yield (3-8% more), stronger aroma, darker color. Best for edible oil sold locally.

Cold pressing: Seeds are pressed raw without roasting (or minimal heat below 60°C). Lower yield but preserves natural nutrients, enzymes, and flavor. Produces premium "virgin" or "extra virgin" oil that commands higher prices. Popular for coconut VCO, sesame, and specialty oils.

What spare parts should I keep in stock?

We recommend keeping these common wear parts on hand to minimize downtime:

  • Hydraulic seals and O-rings (set of each size used in your model)
  • Pressure gauge(s)
  • Pressure relief valve spring
  • Barrel liner / pressing cloth set
  • Hydraulic oil filter element

We include a basic spare parts kit with every machine. Additional parts can be ordered anytime and shipped via DHL/FedEx express (5-7 days).
