We machine the critical components ourselves. That's how we control quality and delivery time.
Heavy-duty steel frames are welded and stress-relieved in our workshop. Machining of mounting surfaces ensures precise cylinder alignment โ critical for even pressure distribution and long seal life.
Hydraulic cylinders are machined in-house to tight tolerances. Chrome-plated piston rods (standard on HN426+ models) resist corrosion and scoring in daily operation.
We assemble and test the hydraulic power unit, valves, and piping. Pressure holding test at 1.25ร rated pressure ensures no leaks before shipment.
Electrical panels are wired and tested in our workshop. PLC-based automatic control is available as an option. All wiring is labeled for easy troubleshooting.
Steel plates, cylinders, seals, and hydraulic components are inspected on arrival. We only use materials that meet our specifications.
Welding, machining, and assembly are checked at each stage. Dimensional accuracy of the frame and cylinder alignment are verified before painting.
Every machine is pressure-tested at 1.25ร rated working pressure. We check for leaks, pressure holding capability, and proper operation of all controls.
Before loading, we inspect the machine together with the customer (via video call) or our QC team. Photos and test video are sent for confirmation.
Seals, valves, and wear parts are tested for compatibility. We include a spare parts kit with each machine so you can handle routine maintenance.
Each machine comes with an operation manual (English), electrical diagram, hydraulic schematic, and troubleshooting guide. Videos are available for key procedures.
Built with 27SiMn alloy steel, holding strength and toughness under 60–75 MPa. Bore from 325 mm (HN325) to 500 mm (HN500) — every cylinder machined, heat-treated and pressure-tested before assembly.
Welded from Q690 steel with seamless flange rings, ground and electroplated to prevent rust. Slotted drainage is roughly 15× that of drilled barrels — faster oil flow, higher yield.
30 mm plate on HN426, 50 mm on HN500. Thick Q355B steel means the frame will not deform under years of ultra-high-pressure cycling.
6-pole pure-copper 2.2 kW motor runs quietly. Rust-proof electroplated valves with enlarged oil ports — faster flow, fewer leaks, smooth shock-free cycling.
