Hydraulic Press Manufacturing
Five standard models from 325 to 620 tons pressing force. Sesame-specific and coconut-specific models available. Every machine is assembled and pressure-tested before shipping. You receive photos and video of YOUR machine before it leaves our factory.

Frame Welding & Machining
Heavy-duty steel frames are welded and stress-relieved in our workshop. Machining of mounting surfaces ensures precise cylinder alignment โ critical for even pressure distribution and long seal life.
Cylinder Machining
Hydraulic cylinders are machined in-house to tight tolerances. Chrome-plated piston rods (standard on HN426+ models) resist corrosion and scoring in daily operation.
Hydraulic System Assembly
We assemble and test the hydraulic power unit, valves, and piping. Pressure holding test at 1.25ร rated pressure ensures no leaks before shipment.
Control System Wiring
Electrical panels are wired and tested in our workshop. PLC-based automatic control is available as an option. All wiring is labeled for easy troubleshooting.
How We Ensure Your Machine Works
Raw Material Inspection
Steel plates, cylinders, seals, and hydraulic components are inspected on arrival. We only use materials that meet our specifications.
In-Process Inspection
Welding, machining, and assembly are checked at each stage. Dimensional accuracy of the frame and cylinder alignment are verified before painting.
Pressure Test
Every machine is pressure-tested at 1.25ร rated working pressure. We check for leaks, pressure holding capability, and proper operation of all controls.
Pre-Shipment Inspection
Before loading, we inspect the machine together with the customer (via video call) or our QC team. Photos and test video are sent for confirmation.
Spare Parts Matching
Seals, valves, and wear parts are tested for compatibility. We include a spare parts kit with each machine so you can handle routine maintenance.
Documentation
Each machine comes with an operation manual (English), electrical diagram, hydraulic schematic, and troubleshooting guide. Videos are available for key procedures.
