Terms & Conditions
Last updated: July 30, 2026 | Effective date: July 30, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all business-to-business (B2B) transactions between HaoNuo Machinery ("we," "our," "us," or "the Seller") and any company, trader, or individual ("you," "the Buyer") who places an order for hydraulic oil press machines and auxiliary equipment through our website grainocraft.com, by email, WhatsApp, or any other channel.
By requesting a quotation, placing an order, or making any payment to HaoNuo Machinery, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not proceed with any order. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Buyer and the Seller regarding the supply of equipment.
The Buyer confirms that it is purchasing equipment for business purposes and not as a consumer, and that these Terms are concluded in a B2B context.
2. Products & Services
HaoNuo Machinery designs, manufactures, and exports hydraulic oil press machines and auxiliary oil-processing equipment, including but not limited to:
- Hydraulic oil press machines (models HN325, HN355, HN426, HN500, and large-capacity variants)
- Auxiliary equipment: oil seed crushers, roasters, steamers, screw pre-press expellers, pneumatic filter presses, and edible oil refining equipment

Product images, specifications, and descriptions on our website are illustrative and may be updated without notice. The exact configuration, dimensions, and performance of each machine shall be confirmed in the proforma invoice (PI) agreed and signed by both parties before production.
3. Quotations & Pricing
All quotations issued by HaoNuo Machinery are provided in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated, and are based on FOB Qingdao port, China (Incoterms® 2020).
- Quotation validity: Each quotation is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. After this period, prices may be revised to reflect changes in raw material costs, exchange rates, or freight charges.
- Price changes: Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price confirmed in the signed proforma invoice is binding for the duration of the order.
- Inclusions: Unless expressly stated otherwise, FOB Qingdao pricing includes the machine, export-grade wooden crating, ISPM 15 fumigation, and loading onto the vessel at Qingdao port.
- Exclusions: Sea freight, marine insurance, destination port charges, customs duties, taxes, and inland transport at the destination are not included in FOB pricing. CIF/CFR quotations including freight can be provided upon request.
We reserve the right to decline a quotation or order at our sole discretion.
4. Ordering & Payment
4.1 How to Order
To place an order, contact us by email at haoqudao@gmail.com or WhatsApp at +86 189 5714 9128. Upon agreement of specifications and price, we will issue a proforma invoice (PI) detailing the machine model, configuration, price, Incoterms, and delivery terms.
The order is considered confirmed only when both parties have signed the proforma invoice and the Buyer has made the required payment in accordance with the terms below.
4.2 Payment Methods
Please contact us by email at haoqudao@gmail.com to confirm the available payment methods for your order and country. Payment is typically made by bank wire transfer (T/T). Payment terms are flexible and discussed individually based on order size and customer history.
4.3 Payment Terms
- Custom / OEM orders: A deposit is required in advance before production begins. The balance is payable before shipment (or by copy of bill of lading, as agreed in the PI).
- Standard orders: Production begins after full payment is received, unless alternative terms have been agreed in writing in the proforma invoice.
Production lead time is counted from the date the deposit or full payment is received and the technical specifications are confirmed in writing. The Buyer is responsible for any bank charges associated with the transfer.
5. Production & Delivery
5.1 Production Lead Time
The standard production cycle is 20–30 working days after receipt of payment and confirmed specifications. Lead time may vary depending on order volume, customization complexity, and raw material availability. Any change to the production schedule will be communicated to the Buyer in a timely manner.
5.2 Delivery Terms
Unless otherwise agreed, delivery is made FOB Qingdao port, China (Incoterms® 2020). The Seller is responsible for producing, testing, packing, and loading the goods onto the vessel at Qingdao port. The Buyer is responsible for sea freight, insurance, import customs clearance, duties, and delivery to the final destination.
5.3 Shipping & Transport
Sea freight is the default mode of transport. We can recommend freight forwarders or work with the Buyer's nominated forwarder. Transit times vary by destination region (typically 20–55 days by sea). Air freight can be arranged for urgent spare parts at the Buyer's expense.
5.4 Export Documentation
We handle all export documentation required for shipment from China, including commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin (where applicable), fumigation certificate, and any necessary inspection certificates. The Buyer is responsible for import documentation and customs clearance at the destination.
Title and risk of loss pass to the Buyer once the goods are loaded on board the vessel at Qingdao port (FOB).
6. Warranty
HaoNuo Machinery warrants that its equipment is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service, subject to the following terms:
- Main structural components (frame, hydraulic cylinder, pressing barrel): 12 months warranty from the date of delivery.
- Wear parts & consumables (seals, gaskets, filter cloths, valves, heating elements): 6 months warranty from the date of delivery.
- Spare parts supply: We provide a lifetime supply of spare parts at cost price for all machines we have sold, for as long as the model remains in production.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, negligence, unauthorized modification, improper voltage or power supply, use of non-specification materials, or failure to follow the operation and maintenance manual. Warranty claims must be reported to us with photos and a description of the issue. Remedies include supply of replacement parts, remote technical guidance, or (at our discretion) repair or replacement of the defective component.
7. Installation & Training
To support successful commissioning of the equipment, HaoNuo Machinery provides the following installation and training support:
- English operation manual supplied with each machine, covering installation, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Video guidance for key procedures such as machine setup, first run, seal replacement, and routine maintenance.
- Remote video-call support (via WhatsApp, WeChat, or Zoom) for real-time installation guidance and troubleshooting with our engineers.
On-site installation and commissioning by our engineers can be arranged at the Buyer's expense (travel, accommodation, and a daily service fee). The Buyer is responsible for preparing the site, utilities, and local labor in accordance with the pre-installation guide we provide.
8. Returns & Refunds
All equipment supplied by HaoNuo Machinery is custom-manufactured and configured to the specifications agreed in the proforma invoice. As such, returns are generally not supported for B2B custom equipment, except where required by applicable law.
- Quality issues: If the equipment is found to be defective or does not conform to the agreed specifications, the matter will be handled in accordance with the warranty terms set out in Section 6.
- Shipping damage: Any damage observed on arrival must be reported to the carrier and to us within 7 days of receipt, with photographic evidence. We will assist in filing claims and supplying replacement parts.
- Non-conforming order: If we ship a machine that does not match the confirmed proforma invoice specifications, we will, at our option, replace, repair, or adjust the order at our cost.
Refunds, where applicable, will be issued in the same currency and by the same method as the original payment, less any reasonable costs already incurred.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HaoNuo Machinery's total liability arising out of or relating to the supply of equipment shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Buyer for the specific machine or order giving rise to the claim.
In no event shall HaoNuo Machinery be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of production, loss of raw materials, business interruption, or cost of substitute equipment, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
The Buyer is responsible for ensuring the equipment is suitable for its intended purpose before placing an order, and for operating and maintaining the equipment in accordance with the supplied manual and applicable safety regulations.
10. Intellectual Property

The Buyer may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, or use any of our intellectual property for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. Any OEM or private-label arrangement must be agreed in a separate written agreement.
Technical drawings, specifications, and manuals provided to the Buyer are intended for the operation and maintenance of the purchased equipment only and may not be disclosed to third parties or used to manufacture competing equipment.
11. Force Majeure
HaoNuo Machinery shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms where such delay or failure is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

In the event of a force majeure situation, we will notify the Buyer as soon as reasonably practicable and use commercially reasonable efforts to resume performance once the event concludes. Either party may cancel the affected order by written notice if the force majeure event continues for more than 90 days, with payment for work already completed being settled on a pro-rata basis.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
