General Processing Flow
Seed Preparation
Clean, de-shell, or crush as needed. Some seeds need roasting or steaming.
Hydraulic Pressing
Load into barrel. Choose hot press or cold press mode. Single cycle: 8-15 min.
Oil Filtration
Pneumatic filter press removes impurities. Ready-to-bottle oil.
Optional Refining
Degumming, neutralization, bleaching, deodorization for refined oil.
